We are unable to make changes to the products in your order after it has been placed. Before the order is finalized, we will try to do our best to accommodate a change to the mailing address. Once your order has been placed, we cannot promise that we will be able to modify or cancel it. The carrier may permit the receiver to request a change before the package is sent out for delivery if your order is processed with the original address. We provide free standard delivery inside the United States on purchases over $150! At checkout, there are also paid expedited options. In the United States, exchanges for non-hijab goods are free; otherwise, your refund will be reduced by the cost of the return shipping label.

Without taking into account holidays or weekends, orders are processed and shipped out of our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Order processing at our facilities during busy times may take up to 5 business days. We'll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your order at your convenience. If your order is shipped using our regular shipping service, it will be delivered after being processed in 3 to 7 business days, depending on your shipping address. At checkout, expedited shipping is chargeable. Every order is shipped from our warehouse.
